Here is a card I made for Halloween. I love the little spider. But if you know me, you already know I love spiders. I would prefer they live outside, so I always catch them and relocate them somewhere in the yard. I think, however, they would prefer to set up residence in my windows, like this!
Are you excited about the new catalog? If you are and plan to order, I’d love for you to use this month’s hostess code ( SAS2EFFX ) so I can get credit. If, however, you’re like me and want to buy a ton of new items (spending more than $150,) then please do not use the code. That way you’ll get the hostess credit.
Happy Fall & Winter Holidays!
PS – Rumor has it that there will be items added to the Clearance Rack next week. Be sure to check there to see what new things went on sale.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve shared how I used this versatile stamp set for Halloween and Fall. I also made some Christmas cards with it.
The “Joy” card is really beautiful in person. I did white on white and gold embossed the ornaments. I plan to make more of these for my Christmas cards.
I also heat embossed the “Making spirits Bright” on the other card. It makes it really stand out. For the background, I ran vellum through the embossing folder, then inked the back side with some white ink to make it show up better.
Next week the new holiday catalog will begin and you’ll be able to buy some things to make your holiday projects. Maybe this stamp set and embossing folder will make it’s way onto your wish list.

This is the 2nd group of projects I have to share. I love the versatility of the Among the Branches stamp set and the coordinating embossing folder. These were creations for Fall. If you notice, I used a doily to mask the card background so I could spritz it with ink. Any idea where I found that doily? Remember last week’s Halloween card with the black spider web? This is the center. I cut it out before I used the web on the Halloween card and saved this center to reuse again on this card. I like it for masking, but it also works as a decoration. Check back next week to see how I made this same stamp set work for Christmas cards! So fun!

I love stamps that are versatile and the new Among the Branches stamp set doesn’t disappoint. It has images to make Halloween, Fall, and Christmas projects. You can also purchase it in a bundle with an awesome Woodland Textured embossing folder.
I’ve been playing with it for a couple of weeks, so I thought I’d share my creations. Today I’ll show you how to use it for Halloween.
I added a few more items for these cards. The “Spooky” card also features a piece of the Happy Haunting designer paper and an awesome Spider Web doily. The “FaBOOlous” card” shows off the cool embossing folder that comes in the bundle with the stamp set. The greeting is from a new hostess-only set called Six Sayings.
Be sure to check in next week to see the cards I made for Fall.

I LOVE the new holiday catalog and I think you will too. One of my favorites has coordinating dies and is called Festive Fireplace. This set speaks to me. Maybe it’s because it has things that I would like to have. I don’t have a fireplace and I don’t have a cat. (I’d love to have a cat even more than a fireplace!) Anyway, I think it’s a great set for the holidays.
This card has a sneak peek of another set and dies (Happy Scenes and Hearth & Home.) The cat looks comfy there looking out the window.
I think this fireplace would look nice on a Christmas scrapbooking page too.
It even looks pretty on watercolor paper.
Have a great weekend!
